The attorneys of Greer, Greer & Whitfield practice primarily in the areas of real estate, business law, banking, trust/estate planning, probate, and government law.

 

Steve Greer has been certified as an estate planning specialist since 1999.  In addition to representing individuals and businesses, Steve also handles real estate transactions.

 

Rob Whitfield represents individuals, businesses, and governmental entities in a variety of legal matters.  He is County Attorney for the government of Henry County, Tennessee, and attorney for the Henry County School Board.  Rob also serves the Henry County Trustee as Delinquent Tax Attorney.

 

Lee Greer (now retired) served as the Henry County Attorney for over 33 years.  Prior to retirement, he was certified as an estate planning specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.
